Raising Concerns Internally
If you have a concern, CINQCARE encourages you to speak with your supervisor or your direct contact when appropriate. Many issues can be resolved effectively at a local level when they are brought to someone’s attention.Administrative burdens grow, care models shift, and reimbursements remain unpredictable. Yet, your commitment never wavers.
Reporting concerns is an important part of maintaining an effective compliance program. If you are comfortable doing so and believe it is appropriate under the circumstances, raising concerns first with your supervisor is considered good practice.
